so how high will fashion take heels? i first spotted these nina ricci boots in the september 09 uk issue of harper's BAZAAR. although they may not necessarily be wearable, they look gorgeous in editorial shots. all i can say is good luck to the girls conquering the catwalk in these provocative platforms.
